Banke Meshida-Lawal, a Nigerian businesswoman, has resorted to social media to complain about the high expense of doing business in Nigeria.
The celebrity make-up artist took to Instagram to express her displeasure with the huge increase in the cost of basic living expenditures.
She noted the increase in transit fares, the increase in gasoline and diesel costs as a result of the withdrawal of the fuel subsidy, and the projected increase in power tariffs.
According to her, she is having difficulty navigating the increases because there is so much going on at the same time.
Banke posted on her Instagram account
“Everything has Increased.
Transport from Yaba that used to be N500 as of this morning is N1,800.
Filling Our Tanks with Petrol has gone from
N12,000 to N37,000.
